Cauliflower Pizza – Make Pizza Without Flour – Low Carb and Gluten Free Pizza

Ingredients

============

1 medium size Cauliflower

2 cups Water

Homemade Cheese

1/4th teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Black Pepper

1 tablespoon Oregano

1 teaspoon Refined Oil

Homemade Pizza sauce

Grated Mozzarella Cheese

Corn (Optional)

Red and Green Capsicum

Little amount of Oregano

Little amount of Chili Flakes

Preparation steps

Use 1 medium size Cauliflower

Cut Cauliflower in small pieces

Add 2 cups Water in pan, cover and boil

Open cover. Add Cauliflower pieces in boiling Water

Stir for 5 minutes till Cauliflower is almost 40% cooked

Strain out Water from Cauliflower

Grate Cauliflower

Use equal amount of homemade Cheese and grated Cauliflower for making Pizza Crust

Transfer grated Cauliflower in a mixing bowl

Add homemade Cheese

Add 1/4th teaspoon Salt

Add 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Add 1 tablespoon Oregano

Add 1 teaspoon Refined Oil

Mix well

Prepare Pizza crust using the Cauliflower and Cheese mixture

Pre heat oven for 10 minutes at 230 degree Celsius

Bake Pizza crust for 25 minutes at 230 degree Celsius

After 25 minutes, take out the Pizza crust from oven

Pizza crust is well baked

Add homemade Pizza sauce on top of Pizza crust

Add grated Mozzarella Cheese on top of Sauce

Add Corn (Optional)

Add Red and Green Capsicum pieces

Add little amount of Oregano

Add little amount of Chili Flakes

Add some more grated Mozzarella Cheese on top of everything

Bake the Pizza for 10 minutes at 200 degree Celsius

After 10 minutes baking, Pizza is ready

Pizza is well baked and Cheese is properly melted
